1913
Incorporation of AKA
Alpha Kappa Alpha was officially incorporated, allowing for the expansion of the sorority beyond Howard University campus.
1949
First Charity Drive
Alpha Kappa Alpha organizes its first nationally coordinated charity drive, with members donating to the American Red Cross.
1980
Establishment of Educational Advancement Foundation

Centennial Celebration
